HR Officer

About the role Job Summary We are looking for a skilled, detailed, and empathetic HR Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee welfare. You will work closely with and report directly to our HR Manager to ensure smooth workplace operations and legal compliance. Key responsibilities Assist the HR Manager with strategic people projects and company-wide HR initiatives Post open roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and lead onboarding for new hires Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR related employee concerns Maintain accurate digital employee records, track leaves, and prepare payroll data/inputs Help enforce internal company policies and ensure daily activities align with local and national labor laws Ensure efficient and timely roll-out of bi-annual performance review process and track implementation of 3-part assessment of probationary employees About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role Proficiency with HRIS software, MS Office/Google Workspace, Viber app Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino with a knack for active listening High emotional intelligence, strict respect for confidentiality, trustworthy, and strong problem-solving abilities
