Location: Kota Damansara (Fully Onsite) Employment Type: Contract / Independent Contractor Budget: RM9,500 – RM13,000/month Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week We are looking for a hands-on Technical Implementation Lead / Manager to manage end-to-end software implementations within e-Invoicing, banking, financial services, and enterprise environments . The ideal candidate has a software engineering/development background and has progressed into technical implementation, solution delivery, or technical leadership. Strong experience with Malaysia LHDN e-Invoicing and banking/financial systems is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead software implementations from requirements gathering through integration, testing, deployment, go-live and handover . Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Manage integrations with ERP, Core Banking, CRM, payment gateways, e-Invoicing and other enterprise systems . Lead LHDN e-Invoicing implementation, including API integration, data mapping, validation, error handling and reconciliation. Review system architecture, API flows, data flows, configuration and integration requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Support and client teams. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution and production readiness . Troubleshoot technical, integration, data and configuration issues. Conduct technical workshops and solution discussions with clients and stakeholders. Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables. Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement. Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, systems integration, technical consulting or related areas. Strong preference for candidates who started as a Software Engineer/Developer and progressed into a Technical Lead, Implementation Lead, Solutions Consultant or similar role. Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end e-Invoicing implementations . Strong hands-on knowledge of Malaysia LHDN e-Invoicing , APIs, data mapping, validation and integration flows. Experience in banking, fintech, financial services or enterprise financial systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of API integration, ETL/data transformation, data migration and system configuration . Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and deployment. Familiarity with AWS/Azure and Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies. Strong client-facing, communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead implementations independently and work closely with technical teams.
