About the role We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer (mid to senior level) to join our development team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise web applications. You will work on full-stack features across our technology ecosystem, taking ownership of development from user interface through database optimization. In this role, you will improve user experience and functionality, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement features aligned with business objectives, and troubleshoot software issues. You'll also contribute to ad hoc technical tasks as needed. Key responsibilities Design and develop web applications across our tech stack—building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services Implement full-stack features from front-end UI logic through backend business logic to database optimization Write and optimize database queries for performance, working with both MS SQL Server and Oracle databases Gather requirements and clarify business objectives with stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and debug production issues across all application layers Maintain code quality through clean, well-documented code and collaboration with team members Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes Complete ad hoc tasks and maintain flexibility in priorities Required Experience 1–2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience in one of the following: ASP.NET MVC: C#, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, JavaScript/jQuery; using Visual Studio, MSBuild, and SSMS Java with ZK Framework: Java, ZK Framework, Oracle; using NetBeans, Gradle, and PL/SQL Developer Proficiency in: Full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and database layers Writing efficient SQL queries and performance optimization Object-oriented programming principles Git version control and collaborative workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field Ability to work independently and take ownership of features Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Nice-to-Have Experience with both ASP.NET MVC and Java UI frameworks Background maintaining and enhancing legacy systems Advanced SQL optimization and query performance tuning Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns
