About the role A multinational engineering and protective equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise factory operations. This senior role involves strategic planning, cross-departmental supervision, and close collaboration with the board and overseas teams. Responsibilities : Collaborate with the board to plan and execute factory operations and management strategies. Supervise departmental performance, production efficiency, and employee engagement. Optimise SOPs to enhance operational effectiveness. Oversee finance-related activities including daily expenditures and tax payments. Contribute to market planning and business development initiatives. Support the CEO in liaising with branch teams in the US and Europe. Monitor market trends and key distributor performance. Frequent international travel required. Requirements : Proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager or above in a manufacturing company. Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Candidates with a background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering are highly preferred. Willing and able to travel frequently to different countries. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Benefits : Competitive salary package (HK$90K–HK$100K).
