We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives, working directly with senior leadership to drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities : Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across the business Develop and maintain data dashboards and performance reporting tools Build and improve data governance frameworks and systems Drive operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Support implementation of cost tracking and performance monitoring systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and tools Track and report key business performance metrics and outcomes Requirements : Prior experience in Consulting is an added advantage Strong interest in operations, data, and business improvement Good analytical and problem-solving skills Exposure to Python, SQL, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work in both office and project site environments
