About You With prior experience and reputation for being a high performing Contract Administrator, you will bring a genuine interest in commercial construction to effectively support the Business Unit Manager and the delivery of our projects to our clients, leveraging your experience on commercial projects. About the Opportunity While the office is based in Bunbury, you will be working on projects throughout the South West. This role requires extensive experience working on commercial projects in Australia as a Contract Administrator. The key accountabilities are: · Identification and management of risk on the projects · Scope, negotiate and award subcontractor packages · Compile and finalise head contract claims · Review, approve and process subcontract claims and payments · Review and process variations · Report on cost to complete variations If This Sounds Like You If you have the experience, the skills, and the drive to deliver quality projects, then we want to hear from you.
