Responsibilities Design, prepare, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements. Execute manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and backend systems. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects until resolution. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before production deployment. Work closely with software developers to investigate root causes and improve software quality. Validate application data using SQL and NoSQL databases. Prepare testing reports, release readiness reports, and quality metrics. Ensure software complies with company quality standards before production deployment. Continuously improve QA processes, testing documentation, and automation coverage. Stay updated with emerging software testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance. Proven hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. Experience in testing web application, mobile application, and performance testing. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in automated testing tools on backend, databases, and user interface. Knowledge of quality strategies, processes and tools are advantageous. Working experience with Laravel Framework, PHP, JavaScript, Python scripting and various types of operating system: Windows, Unix, Linux etc is advantageous. Familiar with Git version control, ClickUp, Jira or similar. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Added Advantage: Experience in Financial Services, Credit Assessment, Payment Gateway, or Human Resources Management Systems. Experience in testing APIs and microservices. Experience in Docker. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Experience using AI tools to assist with software testing, test case generation, test automation, debugging, test data generation, or QA documentation.
