Project Manager

Responsibilities : Overall control of builder's works and supervision of building project team including domestic subcontractors and specialists Supervise all works be executed in accordance with client's requirement, code of practice and statutory regulations Liaise with client's representatives, consultants, internal and external parties for satisfactory completion of project works Establish programme and schedule to monitor and control progress of site activity Liaise with client's representatives, consultants, internal and external parties for satisfactory completion of project works Regular monitor, review and report overall project performance to the top management and ensure all works being carried out safety, timely and efficiently Requirements : Corporate member of a building related professional institute (etc. MCIOB/MHKICM) is a must Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in building maintence organization in the capacity of site management Good project management and communication skill Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills Self-driven and able to work under pressure Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese Interested parties please send your full resume with current and expected salary and available date by clicking "Apply Now" Personal data will be used for recruitment purpose only.
