Construction Estimator

This role is suited to a detail-focused professional with strong construction knowledge, sound commercial judgement and the ability to prepare accurate, competitive estimates across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions for construction projects. Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to determine scope, materials, labour and subcontractor requirements. Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotes. Identify risks, exclusions, assumptions and opportunities for cost savings. Work closely with project managers, site teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain estimating records and support tender handover processes. About You Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, plans and specifications. Ability to read and interpret drawings and tender documentation. Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills. Confident working with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams. Experience with estimating software will be highly regarded. What We Offer Salary between $90,000 and $130,000 per annum, depending on experience. Negotiable hours for the right candidate.
