Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the social care sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Empathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with disabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
