Reformer Pilates Instructor - Part Time/Freelance

We welcome instructors certified through BASI, STOTT, Polestar, or other recognized Reformer Pilates training programs. Mentoring and ongoing support will be provided to help you build your confidence and grow your career. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, engaging, and effective private and group Reformer Pilates classes. Plan and adapt sessions to suit clients of varying fitness levels, abilities, and goals. Provide clear instruction on breathing techniques, posture, alignment, and mindful movement. Create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable and motivated. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped studio. Report any equipment faults or maintenance requirements promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, professional studio culture. Requirements Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (BASI, STOTT, Polestar, or other recognized certification). Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but newly certified instructors with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Professional, patient, attentive, and detail-oriented teaching style. Able to commit to a minimum of 3 teaching hours per week (or equivalent hours across the month) with flexible scheduling. Availability to teach weekday evenings and/or weekends is essential.
