What you’ll be doing: Leading and coordinating a small team of mechanics Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles Managing workflow, stock control, and workshop efficiency Ensuring quality, safety, and cost standards are always met Jumping in on hands-on mechanical work (from routine servicing to major repairs) What you’ll bring: Qualified mechanic with 4+ years’ workshop experience Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Leadership mindset with the ability to organise and motivate a team Strong workshop systems skills, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel experience a bonus Full driver’s licence About Us With over 25 years of experience, GO Rentals has consistently set the standard for high‑quality vehicles and exceptional service, establishing itself as one of New Zealand’s most trusted and respected rental car companies.
