Working within a highly skilled production team, your duties will include: MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas Following quality and safety procedures Participating in ongoing training and development Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous fabrication and welding experience Strong Flux Core welding skills and able to pass Lloyds welding certification (assistance provided) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Reliability and excellent timekeeping Good communication skills and a positive team attitude About the Hunter Class Frigate Program The Hunter Class Frigate Program is helping transform Australia's shipbuilding industry and establish a sovereign naval capability for generations to come.
