Your Role The Project Specialist, Transformation & Business Readiness supports APAC business transformation initiatives by coordinating readiness activities, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for system releases and cutovers. This role is highly execution-focused and is responsible for maintaining project governance, reporting, testing trackers, and readiness activities to help drive successful project outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Support business readiness activities for system implementations, releases, and cutovers. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items. Maintain dashboards, trackers, status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Verification (DV) activities, including progress tracking and reporting. Consolidate updates from stakeholders and provide accurate readiness reporting. Facilitate project meetings, document actions, and follow up on deliverables. Support training readiness, knowledge transfer activities, and hypercare preparation. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities. What You Will Bring 3-5 years of experience in project support, PMO, business operations, transformation programs, or related fields. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Experience with project reporting, dashboards, trackers, and action management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and dashboard creation. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience supporting ERP, system implementation, testing, or business transformation projects is preferred.
