Location: Gore, New Zealand Type of Work: Full- Time Hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week (typically 40 hours per week) Pay: 100K ~ 125K per year About the Role Mataura Valley Milk is a state-of-the-art nutritional dairy manufacturer located in Southland, producing high-quality dairy ingredients for global markets. We pride ourselves on innovation, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards in safety and quality. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across industrial and/or commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Install, test, and commission electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems Diagnose faults using electrical and electronic testing instruments Repair or replace faulty wiring, components, and equipment Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety standards and regulations Maintain and service electrical systems and equipment Skills & Experience Required To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: NZQF Level 4 qualification in Electrical Trades or at least three years of relevant work experience Current Electrical Registration and Practising Licence are required (EWRB or equivalent) Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What You’ll Bring Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills Committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship To register your interest in the above role please click “Apply”
