Automotive Mechanic

About the role This is a hands-on position working across a variety of vehicles in a busy, well-established automotive workshop. Key responsibilities Vehicle servicing, repairs and general mechanical work Diagnosing mechanical faults Carrying out WOF inspections Maintaining a high standard of workmanship Working efficiently as part of our workshop team Providing excellent service and advice to our customers About you A current New Zealand WOF authority/qualification Strong automotive mechanical experience Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A full New Zealand driver licence The ability and legal right to work permanently in New Zealand About us Summit Service Centre in Te Aroha is a busy, well-established automotive workshop.
