1. Job Purpose Manage sales and develop business in assigned international markets, customers, and distributors. The role executes sales action plans, builds customer relationships, develops new customers and opportunities, prepares quotations and supports negotiations, follows orders through delivery and payment, analyzes market and sales information, prepares demand forecasts, and coordinates with internal functions to achieve sales, profit, and growth objectives. Role boundary: This position owns day-to-day customer and distributor communication, sales execution, commercial follow-up, market reporting, and assigned forecasts. It coordinates shipment, documentation, production, logistics, regulatory, finance, and customer-service activities but does not replace the relevant process owners or approve commercial exceptions beyond delegated authority. 2. Key Accountabilities 2.1 Sales Management & Business Development · Manage sales and business performance for assigned countries or customer groups against approved sales, profit, and growth targets. · Prepare and execute sales action plans aligned with the Country Business Plan and company strategy. · Manage the portfolio of existing and prospective customers and implement account-development actions. · Identify and develop new customers, channels, and business opportunities in assigned markets. · Prepare quotations and support or conduct price, trade-term, and commercial negotiations within delegated authority. · Maintain a sales pipeline, assess conversion opportunities, and report progress and next actions regularly. · Represent the company at exhibitions, trade meetings, and customer visits as assigned. 2.2 Customer & Distributor Management · Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned distributors and customers and support long-term business cooperation. · Execute the agreed Joint Business Plan with distributors and track sales, distribution, stock, and business-performance indicators. · Prepare and participate in regular business reviews with distributors and customers and follow through on agreed action plans. · Support analysis of distributor sell-out and inventory and recommend monthly sales-plan adjustments. · Receive customer complaints, coordinate investigation and resolution, and follow through until closure. 2.3 Market Analysis & Business Planning · Collect and analyze market size, consumer trends, channel structure, competition, pricing, and new-product information for assigned markets. · Prepare market-intelligence reports and highlight material risks, changes, and commercial opportunities. · Analyze sales, customer performance, and account potential to identify growth actions. · Support preparation of the Country Business Plan and sales forecast with the line manager. 2.4 Sales Operations & Commercial Coordination · Follow the commercial process from quotation and order confirmation through shipment and delivery to the customer. · Coordinate with International Customer Service and other process owners to support on-time and accurate delivery. · Track shipment status, letter of credit requirements, payment terms, and relevant commercial documents and escalate risks promptly. · Support preparation and maintenance of commercial agreements and related business documentation. · Maintain accurate customer, price, sales, pipeline, order, and activity records. 2.5 Demand Forecasting & Business Performance · Prepare and review monthly demand forecasts with distributors and internal teams using sales history, market trends, inventory, and business plans. · Monitor forecast accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain and Production Planning on material changes or risks. · Analyze sales, profit, inventory, and customer performance and prepare reports and recommendations for the line manager. 2.6 Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement · Coordinate with International Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and other functions to support business execution. · Support new-product launches, market expansion, and assigned business-development projects. · Prepare sales, market, customer, forecast, and performance reports according to the required cycle. · Recommend improvements to sales processes, customer service, data quality, and cross-functional coordination. · Perform duties in compliance with company policy, governance requirements, and applicable international trade regulations. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. · Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in export sales, international sales, key-account management, customer service, or commercial coordination; FMCG experience is preferred. · Experience working with distributors, overseas customers, sales forecasts, quotations, orders, and cross-functional coordination is an advantage. · Good command of English for business email, meetings, customer communication, and presentation. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant ERP or sales-reporting systems. · Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
