Customer Success Executive (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage and develop relationships with key corporate customers. You will act as the primary customer advocate, working closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and support long-term account retention and growth. About Your Role: Manage and develop relationships with corporate customers to strengthen satisfaction, loyalty and long-term engagement Lead customer engagement programmes, service reviews and loyalty initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to follow up customer feedback, resolve service issues and drive practical improvement actions Analyse customer needs, service performance and feedback trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement and business growth Coordinate customer meetings, events and communication materials to support effective business discussions and relationship building Does it sound like you? University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service or related fields; ICT exposure is an advantage Customer-focused, proactive and eager to develop a long-term career in customer relationship management Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to manage multiple priorities independently Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Candidates with more experience may be considered as Customer Success Manager; high-potential fresh graduates are also welcome We offer 5-day work, attractive remuneration and benefits package to the right candidate.
