About the role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our eyewear retail team in Tsuen Wan. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our optical retail environment. As an Eyewear Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions whilst achieving sales targets. This is an on-site position based in Tsuen Wan District, where you will work in a dynamic retail setting and play a key role in building lasting customer relationships. Key responsibilities Greeting customers and assisting them in selecting appropriate eyewear products based on their vision needs and style preferences Providing product knowledge and expert advice on frames, lenses, and optical solutions to meet customer requirements Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of customer service Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to overall store performance Maintaining an organised and visually appealing retail display and stockroom Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Handling customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Staying up to date with product ranges, promotions and company policies Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations What we're looking for Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in eyewear, fashion or luxury goods retail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Product knowledge or a keen willingness to learn about optical products and eyewear solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions Attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions Professional appearance and positive attitude towards customer service Flexible approach to working hours, including potential weekend and evening shifts Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential; Mandarin is advantageous Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
