Lead Architect (Enterprise Architect – Technology)

Develop enterprise technology architecture strategy and roadmap, such as infrastructure and cloud-native solution adoption, with solutions recommendation to align with the Company’s business strategies, enterprise application and security technical roadmap Work together with enterprise application and security architects, subject matter experts and solution architects to develop and execute the Company’s enterprise architecture (EA) strategies including formulating target states and roadmaps for enterprise architectures on technology domains, and devising migration strategies from legacy to modernized environments Review technology solutions and architecture design proposals providing technical advice and guidance to project teams to facilitate proposals submission to Architecture Review Board Define and advise on institutional architecture standards, principles, design patterns and reference architectures for infrastructure technology domains to support the IT modernization Assess emerging technologies for solutions recommendation based on business needs and market trends to facilitate the continuous development of architecture strategies and roadmaps Work together with domain experts to maintain the EA repository by mapping business capabilities, system dependencies, applications, data flows and technology lifecycles Collaborate with security architects and the Risk Management team to ensure security-by-design, zero-trust architectures and strict compliance with standards (e.g. ISO27001, CSTAR), regulatory frameworks (e.g. the Protection of Critical Infrastructures (Computer Systems) Ordinance) and cyber-resilience requirements Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
