Sirva is currently seeking a Relocation Consultant to support our Singapore team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model. Candidates should be adaptable to different shift schedules to meet the needs of our international clients and assignees. What’s Involved? As a Relocation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional destination services for Sirva Relocation clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will coordinate relocation programs, support transferring employees throughout their move, and collaborate closely with internal consultants to ensure a seamless relocation experience. You will be responsible for managing relocation services in line with client policies and benefits, maintaining outstanding customer service, controlling costs for corporate clients, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end relocation process for assignees and their families, from pre-decision and arrival through to settling in, ongoing support, and repatriation where applicable. Coordinate destination services including orientation trips, home search, school search, settling-in support, and related relocation services. Prepare, maintain, and manage relocation documentation and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date case files. Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, internal stakeholders, and service partners, ensuring timely communication and service delivery within agreed KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and positive relocation experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, housing options, international schools, healthcare services, transportation, and expatriate resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers, including relocation consultants, schools, and other destination service partners. Provide guidance and support to assignees and internal stakeholders on relocation-related matters, proactively addressing issues and recommending solutions. Manage third-party vendors and coordinate services to ensure high-quality support for relocating employees and their families. Maintain data integrity within relocation management systems and databases. Prepare reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders as required. Support client meetings, presentations, and business development activities when needed. Adhere to company quality standards, policies, and procedures while identifying and escalating potential issues and service improvements. Qualifications and Preferred Skills 3-5 years of experience in relocation services, real estate, human resources, customer service, finance, or a related field. Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with international assignees or multicultural environments is highly desirable. Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and service providers simultaneously. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
