Assistant Manager - HRIS

Responsibilities Provide support to global HR users on HRIS-related enquiries and system issues. Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate issue resolution with IT, local HR teams, and external vendors. Maintain issue logs, monitor recurring problems, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support SAP SuccessFactors release management, including impact assessment, testing coordination, communication, and post-release validation. Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting HRIS enhancement projects. Develop a strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting frameworks to support dashboard enhancements and data analysis. Support HR data validation and quality improvement initiatives across HR systems. Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, and user support processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of working experiences supporting HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central. Experience with Power BI, dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization is preferred. Familiarity with AI applications in workplace productivity and HR operations is highly preferred. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
