About the job As Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: Coordinate promotions, menus, collateral, and digital content for all restaurants, bars, and The Oriental Spa, in collaboration with the F&B Marketing Executive. Support the Graphic Designer with marketing copy drafts and photo/video shoots. Assist with festive and seasonal campaign execution (festive dining, Valentine’s, Chinese New Year, etc.). Support logistics, internal communications, timelines, and asset deliveries for all 150th anniversary projects. Track progress and follow up with F&B, Retail, Spa, Events, and external agencies. Assist with documentation required for activations. Coordinate with partners and maintain follow-up once deals are initiated or closed by senior roles. Assist with PR reporting, media tracking, and press kit preparation. Coordinate influencer stays, FAM visits, and media hosting once confirmed by senior roles. Maintain and organise the content and visual archive. Support with presentations, award submissions, and campaign wrap-ups. Streamline administrative and documentation tasks - preparing, proofreading, tracking, and filing partnership contracts - enabling the Senior PR & Partnership Marketing Manager to focus on sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partners. Draft basic copywriting for social media, newsletters, and email marketing. Support Asset Library Management (Frontify, Scene7). Assist with SEO enhancement in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager and external copywriter. Support department scheduling, including photoshoot calendars and project trackers. Join and document meetings with key vendors, internal teams, and hotel departments to ensure timely follow-up. As Marketing Communications Executive, we expect from you: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant. Minimum 3 years work experience Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
