Job Description Responsibilities Manage trading activities across interest rate and derivative products to achieve revenue targets while maintaining prudent risk controls. Provide pricing, market colour, and trade ideas to support client coverage and business development efforts. Monitor macroeconomic developments and market trends to identify trading opportunities and execute profitable strategies. Manage trading risks through portfolio monitoring, position management, and hedging activities. Build strong client relationships and deliver timely market insights and product expertise. The Successful Applicant Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline. 3-5 years' experience in interest rate trading, fixed income, treasury, or capital markets. Strong knowledge of interest rate products, derivatives, and global financial markets. Excellent analytical, risk management, and communication skills.
