TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for Finance & Accounting (subsidiary company) to join with us. Key responsibilities Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group company Manage the financial and accounting function for the group company Develop and implement process improvement plans to ensure robust financial controls and sound operational procedures Provide financial reporting for annual budget planning, audit reviews and assessments Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and tax agents for the annual corporate tax return Perform monthly management account/FS review and analysis to ensure the financials comply with accounting standards Prepare reports upon request by management, investors, due diligence team, and others Handle and prepare financial performance reports for budget preparation About you Bachelor's degree in accounting or above At least 5 years in the accounting and financial fields Good knowledge of IFRS/TFRS and consolidation accounting Good English communication skills in both oral and written Ability to work under pressure and work independently in a tight timeline, and fast-paced changing environment Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions Locations: 31/2 หมู่ 3 Bang Na-Trat Frontage Rd Km.23, Bang Sao Thong, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan 10570
