We're opening up EOI's for an Constructions Manager role that has arisen in the business as we are expanding to NSW & QLD: Construction Manager - Formcom (NSW & QLD) Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple formwork projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and uphold Formcom's reputation for quality, speed and precision Manage client relationships on site, serving as a point of contact, providing regular updates, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, including supervisors, carpenters, and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture and high performance Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with safety remaining paramount Collaborate with Alan and his Estimating teams to optimise resources and project outcomes Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, incorporating innovative formwork techniques and technologies Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Leadership Oversee and manage materials and logistics ensuring every site is enabled to deliver efficiently and effectively Recruit best in class talent in the form of employee's and subcontractors - Formworkers, Carpenters, Jump crew etc Must have: 5+ years experience in the Formwork industry 5+ years experience as an Site / Construction Manager within Formwork Ability to travel between NSW & QLD as well as sites Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
