Looking for 3+ years experiences as Finance Executive for Start-Up Business! ◆Basic information◆ Work Location: MRT Bangkapi Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Develop short-term and long-term financial plans for the company, including forecasting and scenario planning to support business decision-making. Collaborate with outsourced accounting teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of financial data for analysis, planning, and management reporting purposes. Analyze historical financial data and translate findings into future business and financial forecasts. Monitor business performance and conduct variance analysis between actual results and planned targets (Actual vs. Plan). Manage and enhance Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting to provide clear and actionable insights for business decisions. Design and maintain financial dashboards to provide management with real-time visibility into business performance. Transform accounting and financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Evaluate investment opportunities and project feasibility, including the development of financial models to support strategic decisions. Support investor relations activities by preparing financial information and coordinating with investors and funding sources when business opportunities arise. Monitor and assess financial risks, proactively identifying key issues and providing recommendations to support informed decision-making. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Finance. At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analyst, or related finance roles. Strong experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations. Experience in preparing management reports, P&L analysis, variance analysis (Actual vs. Plan), and financial dashboards. Familiarity with investment analysis, project feasibility studies, and scenario planning is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing business environment with evolving processes and structures. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Intermediate English communication skills.
