Key Responsibilities Manage Snack or Beverage categories , including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and category strategy. Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability. Identify market trends, consumer insights, and new product opportunities to strengthen the category. Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and category performance to drive business growth. Manage purchasing plans, inventory levels, and budgets in line with business targets. Build strong supplier relationships and collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, Sourcing, or Purchasing. Experience in Snack, Beverage, Food, or FMCG is highly preferred. Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and category management skills. Good understanding of sales, pricing, margin, promotion, and inventory management. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good command of Thai and English and strong Excel skills.
