FP&A Manager – Thailand Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning . Partner with Plant, Supply Chain, and Operations teams on financial performance. Provide analysis on cost, pricing, CAPEX, ROI, and business improvement . Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards . Identify financial risks/opportunities and drive performance improvements. Support regional Finance and coach junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience , preferably in manufacturing. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering skills. Good understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and operations.
