About the role Data centers are one of the fastest-growing markets in the world and Bray is investing to win it. This is, first and foremost, a closing role. As Data Center Sales Engineer for Indonesia, you will own the sales cycle end to end - building the funnel, driving opportunities to decision, and converting them into purchase orders with the contractors, OEMs, and system integrators. Backed by Bray's regional technical experts and application specialists, you will also act as a trusted technical consultant to data center owners, co-location providers, operators, and design consultants – discussing specifications and positioning Bray as the preferred flow control partner for the region's most demanding projects. Key responsibilities Grow the business - identify and develop new business opportunities and customers across the data center and HVAC sectors and convert them into bookings. Own the relationships - build strong relationships with owners, co-location providers, operators, consultants, OEMs, and contractors across Thailand & Vietnam, backed by key account plans that drive long-term growth. Run the full cycle - manage the complete sales cycle, from first engagement through purchase order and delivery. Influence early - get involved in projects at the design stage, recommending specifications in line with industry best practice and Bray's value-added proposition. Sell with discipline - apply commercial discipline to every opportunity - pricing strategy, contract-risk awareness, and adherence to Bray's commercial policies, aligned with regional leadership. Own market intelligence - track new projects, market entrants, capacity expansions, competitor activity, and pricing trends to sharpen our strategy. Forecast with accuracy - build a healthy project funnel and deliver accurate forecasts through D365 CRM. Orchestrate internally - act as the focal point for data center opportunities, coordinating inside sales, order management, factories, the Bray Commercial Division, and regional leadership for timely execution. Think beyond the deal - shape sales, marketing, and stocking strategies with country and regional leadership; support distributors to grow their bookings; and help extend Bray beyond data centers as the business evolves. About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 5-8 years in the data center industry, with strong expertise in valves, actuation, and accessories; HVAC experience highly valued. Deep understanding of the Thailand and Vietnam market and a proven record of customer engagement. Confidence managing quote funnels through CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Fluent written and spoken English and Thai. Vietnamese language is an added advantage. Willingness to travel to customer sites across Thailand & Vietnam.
