About the role FPT Software (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Databricks, PySpark, and Microsoft Cloud solutions to drive data-driven insights and solutions. Based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, this position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects that directly contribute to the success of our organization. Condition : 1 year contract Location : Close up MRT Bangsue Working Policy : Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 Onsite 3 days; Tues+Wed+Thurs WFH 2days ; Monday and Friday What you'll be doing Design, develop, and optimize Power BI semantic models, reports, and KPI dashboards using Power Query and DAX, following BI best practices. Build and operate data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration in Microsoft Fabric, primarily leveraging Lakehouse/Warehouse and Fabric data pipelines. Manage and govern the Fabric Lakehouse (data organization, access controls, refresh/processing performance, and operational reliability). Develop and maintain SQL queries and data models within Microsoft Fabric to serve curated datasets for reporting and analytics. Create end-to-end automation using Power Automate (refresh scheduling, notifications, approvals, and process integration). Perform unit testing, data validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across Fabric pipelines and Power BI outputs; resolve issues and prevent recurrence What we're looking for 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role Proficiency in ETL , Python, Databricks, PySpark, and Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, Power BI, etc.) Proven ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to communicate in English for work-related matters.
