Welcome suppliers, customers, and visitors. Comply with company policies and procedures within the scope of assigned responsibilities. Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Supervise and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency. Verify inventory accuracy and oversee inventory counting processes, including Cycle Counts and Stock Takes . Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and 5S requirements. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Analyze operational issues and continuously improve warehouse processes. Assist in training new employees and improving overall team performance. Report daily operational issues and provide initial on-site problem-solving and corrective actions.
