[Gov] Admin Executive (Youth Programmes)

Hybrid working arrangements! Contract Period: 3+9 months Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm Location: Central Region 🧩 Your responsibilities: Support youth initiatives by reviewing materials, routing requests, consolidating information and tracking follow-ups. Coordinate youth mental well-being programmes , including supporting programme integration, partnership tracking and updates on relevant platforms. Manage team administration such as shared mailbox coordination, maintaining trackers, document filing and meeting support. Coordinate stakeholders and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners to ensure activities progress smoothly. 🔎 What We’re Looking For: Singaporean only. Diploma or Degree holder with experience or exposure in event organisation, marketing, project coordination, or administration . Strong administrative and organisational skills , with the ability to manage information, maintain accurate records and follow up on multiple tasks. Good communication and writing skills , with a meticulous and proactive approach to coordinating with different stakeholders.
