About the role The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with internal teams (Sales team, Business Development, Regional Business Units) and external vendors to plan, coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns (digital & physical) for branding, product and sales promotion. The role involves researching, analysing and managing data from campaign results, creating analysis reports, and supporting the company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity. Key responsibilities Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels for branding and product/sales promotion Research, analyse and manage data from campaign results and create analysis reports Support company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity Understand market situation, forecast market trends, and provide market analysis and recommendations to the Sales team Create marketing strategy and activity management by collaborating with related stakeholders Design and manage marketing campaigns through online and offline channels and collaborate with multifunctional teams Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and product and create content for social media and websites Shape brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience Analyse sales and marketing key performance indicators through CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation software (e.g. Marketo) Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate environment and Market Research Analyst experience Experience in Electronics Business Field is an advantage Good command of English with minimum TOEIC Score 700 Computer ability in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in Marketing tools and knowledge of Social media platform utilization Experience in Marketing Analysis or Marketing strategy Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Highly organized and detail oriented
