About the role Birkdale International Ltd is seeking a motivated and well-organised Project Coordinator to join our team in Sha Tin. We undertake a diverse range of projects, including landscape works, sports facilities, renovation and maintenance works . The successful candidate will work closely with management and the project team to assist with the coordination and day-to-day running of various projects. The role covers project coordination, quotations, quantity take-offs, AutoCAD drawings, procurement, project documentation and general administrative support. You will also liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are coordinated efficiently. As we work in an international environment, a good command of spoken and written English is essential , as English is regularly used for communication with management and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and follow-up of landscape, sports facilities, renovation and maintenance projects Prepare quotations, cost estimates, quantity take-offs and other project-related documents Assist with tender documents, variation orders, progress claims and basic QS-related duties Prepare, review and amend drawings using AutoCAD Assist with site measurements, site inspections and monitoring of project progress when required Coordinate procurement, orders, deliveries and other project-related matters Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams Maintain project documentation, drawings, records, submissions and correspondence Prepare progress reports and assist with other project-related documentation Provide general office and administrative support to management and the project team when required Handle correspondence, filing and other day-to-day administrative duties Perform other project-related and administrative duties as assigned by management What we're looking for Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above , preferably in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Landscape or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project coordination, construction, landscape, renovation or related works Good command of spoken and written English is essential , with the ability to communicate confidently in English with management, colleagues and external parties Good command of Mandarin is an advantage Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Experience in quantity take-off, costing, quotations or basic QS duties is preferred Able to read and understand project and construction drawings Good organisational, communication and coordination skills Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently Willing to attend project sites when required Flexible and willing to assist with general office administration when required What we offer Monthly salary: HK$25,000 – HK$30,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications Exposure to a diverse range of landscape, sports facilities, renovation and maintenance projects Varied work covering project coordination, AutoCAD, basic QS duties and project administration Stable and collaborative working environment Opportunity to work closely with an experienced and international management team About us Birkdale International Ltd undertakes a diverse range of landscape, sports facilities, renovation and maintenance projects in Hong Kong .
