Project manager - agency platform

Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement agency platform strategies aligned with company policies and agent needs. 2.Analyse systems, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and improve processes to enhance agent performance using digital technology 3.Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery Define project scope, objectives, and schedules; coordinate with stakeholders for clarity and prioritisation 4.Oversee project implementation and ensure successful outcomes Provide consultancy and support business owners to deliver clear business requirements and objectives to IT project manager 5.Gather and summarise business requirements, coordinate and support UAT activities. 6.Collaborate with IT project manager to track and resolve issues and risks Lead other assignments as needed Qualification -Master or bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, computer science or related fields -Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a digital project manager, business analyst or other similar experience -Self-motivated, quick learner with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and adaptability -Passionate about exploring new business and technology Experience in insurance-related products is a plus -Skilled in presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication Strong at managing multiple projects and competing priorities -Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder coordination -Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines -Strong proficiency in productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and related software หมายเหตุ: ตำแหน่งงานนี้จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรมของบุคคลก่อนพิจารณารับเข้าทำงาน เพื่อความปลอดภัยและรักษามาตรฐานขององค์กร Remark: This position requires a criminal record information check prior consideration for employment to ensure safety and maintain standards of the organization.
