Job summary: Responsible for the prompt and efficient procurement of materials and services following prescribed procedures and guidelines. Job Responsibilities: Ensures daily activity in storage warehouse follow company Policy, Procedure, WI. Ensures long term availability and reliable sources of quality materials and services. Ensures the uninterrupted flow of materials and services to support operations and service groups as our customers. Provides timely reports to Management and accurate feedbacks on inventory accuracy. (Stock card control, daily cycle count and Quarterly Physical count). Manage manpower on daily operation under business requirement/FS/HSE. Providing communication at internal customers. Closely coordinates with production DC team for the information about production volume, daily dispatch from plant. Ensure Finished Goods flow from production line to DC smoothly on day to day operation. Ensure Finished Goods warehouse follow Foods Safety and HSE requirement. Ensure manpower to support FG dispatch from plant to DC. Control physical operation of FG warehouse such as FG dispatch, FG on hold control, production waste from production line. Ensure 100% physical inventory and monitoring aging of FG. Updates and revises Procedures and Work instructions manual in relation to present procedures and work flow. Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Foods Safety, HSE and Plant requirements. Monitor and control Materials Delivery to Production with correct quantity/quality and sigh off to receive materials together. Perform daily Gemba walk and summary all finding by daily basis Work with honesty/Loyalty and GCS control Follow Company Rule Code of Conduct. Performs or attends to other job-related matters that maybe assigned by the superior or Materials & FG WH Manager. Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food Safety Issue. Understand and communicate compliance requirements, risks, and best practices Manage a recurring process to identify, assess, and control hazards and risks. Monitor compliance status and develop/recommend plans to close gaps. Educate and coach all levels of employees on HSE topics and their responsibilities. Facilitate a culture that promotes safe work behaviors/correct environmental focus as a way of business. Institutionalize HSE activities as necessary elements of the business. Manage HSE-related records Interface with regulatory agencies during inspection and enforcement activities. Raw Materials and FG are keep in the right location in clean place and food safety condition Ensure inventory accuracy both Raw Materials and Finish Goods in Warehouse are correct. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher of any related field At least 5 years experiences in Warehouse managerial level. Experience in a management role and knowledge of physical warehouse process. Demonstrated ability to motivate others. Good command of computer skills. (Microsoft office, Internet etc.) Strong English communication. SAP knowledge is preferred Knowledge of GMP/Safety/Food Safety background is preferred
