Senior Stock Plannner

Responsibilities Manage replenishment planning and stock availability to minimize stock-out risks. Review and analyze service level performance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions. Monitor and reduce SLOB inventory, coordinating with Sales and Marketing for appropriate actions. Ensure accurate inventory management by monitoring stock accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Provide supply forecasts and planning information to suppliers, coordinating supply commitments. Support ISO procedures and audits, ensuring compliance with company processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement in replenishment, inventory, and 3PL management. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Suppliers to resolve supply issues. Monitor and optimize inventory value, working capital, and stock coverage. Prepare and consolidate monthly Service Level reports using Power BI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in stock planning, replenishment, or inventory management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14500 procedures is preferred. Experience in supply chain planning and inventory optimization strategies. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and eCare/IT support processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to inventory management. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes as needed. Proficient in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a bilingual business environment.
