ERP Finance Application Manager - Leading Property Management - HKD$80k - 85k

Our client is a Leading Property Management Firm and they are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Application Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of their Finance and Accounting systems. Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle modules, with deep focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Budgeting/Forecasting. Manage the full lifecycle of ERP Finance applications, including upgrades, patches, integrations, and troubleshooting. Drive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to automate repetitive finance processes Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support financial analysis, month-end closing, and business intelligence needs. Lead a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists; provide technical guidance and performance management. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices for stability and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 10+ years of experience in ERP systems Strong functional and technical expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting and Forecasting Knowledge of China Tax regulations and experience in configuring for China-specific tax compliance and reporting. Hands-on experience with RPA tools and successful delivery of finance automation projects. Advanced SQL skills for data querying, reporting, and analysis. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
