Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a private organization jointly owned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and The Hong Kong Association of Banks. The Company’s key objective is to develop and operate a safe and efficient multi-currency and multi-dimensional financial infrastructure in Hong Kong for: large-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD, USD, Euro and RMB; interbank money settlement of equity and debt securities transactions in Hong Kong via the linkages with the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and the HKMA’s Central Moneymarkets Unit (CMU) system; small-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD and RMB via the HKD and RMB Faster Payment System; and interbank clearing and/or money settlement of paper cheques and various types of electronic payments in Hong Kong. The Company is also the operator of the HKMA’s CMU system. Apart from interbank clearing-and-settlement services, the Company and its subsidiaries also support the HKMA and the financial industry to foster the development of the financial technology (“FinTech”) ecosystem in Hong Kong. We are looking for a suitable candidate to take up the following job position. Senior Manager (Enterprise Architect) Major Responsibilities Manage and lead Enterprise Architecture (EA) function with the support of enterprise architects to define and develop EA strategies, target-state architecture and roadmaps across business, application, data and technology domains Develop and evolve EA frameworks with guiding principles, workflow and decision-making processes to improve efficiency Ensure architecture decisions accelerate delivery, reduce risk and optimize cost by partnering with executive leadership and aligning application, infrastructure, cloud, security and risk teams Drive the end-to-end execution of technology strategies including setting performance goals, conducting reviews and building scalable practices Translate business objectives into actionable architecture initiatives and track delivery against KPIs Lead architecture review boards, drive consensus across the application, data and technology domains and remove blockers to accelerate time-to-market Manage executive communication, presenting architecture strategies and risk assessments to C-level and/or Board-level stakeholders to secure agreement Requirements University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines Minimum 12 years of relevant experience preferably in major financial institutions and with at least 5 years in an architecture leadership role with direct people management Solid experience on EA strategies, target-state architecture and roadmaps development Proven track record in leading teams, delivering enterprise-scale transformations and driving cross-functional programme execution Experience in EA frameworks and governance development Ability to translate technical considerations to facilitate business decisions by executives Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution and influence-without-authority skills TOGAF 10 certification or equivalent Positive attitude and strong commitment to quality delivery Good communication, analytical, presentation, documentation and report writing skills Good command of written and spoken English with proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage How to Apply Interested parties please send your curriculum vitae stating your current and expected salaries, and contact phone number to the Human Resources Division, Unit B, 25/F, MG Tower, 133 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon or by clicking the " Apply Now " button below: All applications and personal information collected will be treated in strict confidence and only be used for the purpose of recruitment and selection.
