Product Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager to manage product development from concept and sampling through mass production and launch. You will work closely with customers, factories, suppliers, designers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements. Experience working with a camera factory, toy factory, or consumer electronics manufacturer would be an advantage. Responsibilities Manage the product development process from concept to mass production. Prepare project schedules and follow up on key deadlines. Coordinate product design, sampling, tooling, testing, packaging, and production. Work with factories and suppliers to solve technical, quality, cost, and delivery issues. Review prototypes and samples and follow up on improvements. Monitor product quality and ensure customer requirements are met. Communicate project progress and risks to customers and internal teams. Maintain product specifications, testing records, and other project documents. Conduct market research and recommend product improvements. Visit factories and suppliers when required. Factory and Supplier Coordination Build and maintain strong working relationships with factories, component suppliers, and external service providers. Monitor tooling, sampling, production schedules, product quality, and delivery performance. Negotiate costs, lead times, minimum order quantities, and other commercial terms when required. Identify potential production and supply-chain risks and take appropriate preventive action. Conduct factory visits and production follow-ups when necessary. Requirements Degree in engineering, product design, business, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in product management, product development, or manufacturing. Experience with a camera factory, toy factory, or consumer electronics factory is preferred . Good understanding of sampling, tooling, manufacturing, and quality control. Strong project-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects and work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Willing to travel when required.
