Account Executive

Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end , building a deep understanding of each client's business, target audience, and category to offer relevant, well-informed ideas and solutions Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating client briefs into clear, actionable internal briefs so the Creative, Media, and Strategy teams can execute without confusion or back-and-forth Plan and coordinate timelines across multiple concurrent projects , tracking milestones and flagging risks early so deliverables stay on schedule Lead client presentations and pitch meetings , confidently walking clients through creative concepts and the strategic thinking behind them, and handling feedback or pushback professionally Monitor campaign performance post-launch , pulling together reports and translating raw data into clear insights that inform the next round of strategy Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by staying close to client needs and spotting where BrandStorm's services can add further value Anticipate and resolve day-to-day project issues (scope changes, tight turnarounds, miscommunication) before they escalate, keeping both client and internal teams aligned Manage project budgets and scope , ensuring work stays within agreed costs and margins while flagging any changes that could affect them Coordinate with Finance and Legal on client-facing documents such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices Build and nurture long-term client relationships that go beyond individual projects, positioning BrandStorm as a trusted long-term partner
