Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a private organization jointly owned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and The Hong Kong Association of Banks. The Company’s key objective is to develop and operate a safe and efficient multi-currency and multi-dimensional financial infrastructure in Hong Kong for: large-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD, USD, Euro and RMB; interbank money settlement of equity and debt securities transactions in Hong Kong via the linkages with the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and the HKMA’s Central Moneymarkets Unit (CMU) system; small-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD and RMB via the HKD and RMB Faster Payment System; and interbank clearing and/or money settlement of paper cheques and various types of electronic payments in Hong Kong. The Company is also the operator of the HKMA’s CMU system. Apart from interbank clearing-and-settlement services, the Company and its subsidiaries also support the HKMA and the financial industry to foster the development of the financial technology (“FinTech”) ecosystem in Hong Kong. We are looking for a suitable candidate to take up the following job position. Manager (Business Solutions) Major Responsibilities As the application and data owner driving the alignment of business and data architecture with cross-functional teams, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end system flows of the FinTech platforms Lead the end-to-end technical business analysis process to deeply comprehend business need and translate them into highly detailed functional and technical requirements of the production service of the FinTech platforms Engage and orchestrate a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders including regulator, industry associations, strategic partners and solution providers to drive on-going business development and operation of the FinTech platforms Manage the end-to-end user acceptance testing lifecycle, defining test strategies, test cases and results, and performing end-to-end testing as required Regular test status reports preparation and presentation to internal and external stakeholders Oversee the performance and service levels of production platforms, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement Liaise closely with operations and cross-functional teams to arrange end-to-end production readiness and ensure all user environment Requirements University degree in information technology or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in information technology or FinTech, of which at least 3 years at managerial level in major financial institutions Strong technical business analysis skill and proved technical business analysis experience in FinTech or digital application and project delivery Strong project management skills with cross-functional delivery teams using agile methodology, and able to design and deliver solutions with modern technologies Strong experience in project governance to ensure application are secure, reliable and interoperable Good understanding of the regulatory landscape in the financial sector Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as proficiency in Putonghua Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Specialist (Business Solutions) How to Apply Interested parties please send your curriculum vitae stating your current and expected salaries, and contact phone number to the Human Resources Division, Unit B, 25/F, MG Tower, 133 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon or by clicking the " Apply Now " button below: All applications and personal information collected will be treated in strict confidence and only be used for the purpose of recruitment and selection.
