Cost Accounting Supervisor ; PSPTTH

Job Title: Cost Accounting Supervisor / Assistant Manager Working location: Phrapradaeng, Samutprakarn Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and compare cost data (expenses, labor costs, and material costs) on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and business plan basis. Prepare, control, compare, and monitor investments to ensure alignment with the business plan and budget projections. Review and analyze the accuracy of cost accounting reports. Prepare, review, and analyze Forecast reports (P&L and Balance Sheet) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports by product, country, and item for profitability analysis. Perform physical inventory counts of finished goods, work-in-process, and raw materials Prepare inventory summaries (FG, WIP, MAT). Support SOX audits, especially in the areas of costing and raw materials. Review product costs to ensure compliance with standard costing. Manage the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Plan and develop employee capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 years’ experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Analysis, Budgeting, or Manufacturing Finance. Strong knowledge of Standard Costing, Work Order Costing, BOM (Bill of Materials), Inventory Control, and Variance Analysis. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and business partnering skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
