What you will do You will join the BMS/HVAC service sales team in Hong Kong. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of BMS/HVAC are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients. How you will do it Responsible for Account Management for first tier facility management companies and venues Develop proposal for the tendering process to ensure that all compliance, technical, operational aspects are fulfilled Handle renewal of maintenance contracts and develop new business opportunities Drive business development through scope expansion and cross selling opportunities Create and develop opportunities through IoT and Connected Services Drive new initiatives and programs to ensure the continual growth and account retention What we look for Required Degree holder or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ BMS/HVAC related sales experience Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Service Sales Engineer Preferred Possess Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background Experienced in BMS/HVAC service sales and execution Familiar with Salesforce.com
