Logistics Specialist / Logistics Manager

1.Arrange transportation and manage operations according to the company's designated carriers, and track the progress of domestic shipments. 2.Assist the department head in comprehensively optimizing export transport operations to reduce export costs. 3.Responsible for handling export customs declarations, managing export documentation, and maintaining good relationships with local customs authorities. 4.Oversee carrier management processes, evaluate carrier performance, establish operational requirements, and improve transportation quality. 5.Responsible for reconciling orders and accounts with logistics service providers. 6.Verify alignment between the winning logistics service provider, the system-matched price, and the optimal export route rate sheet during the dispatch process. 7.Report work progress and operational issues to supervisors, along with actionable suggestions for improvement. 8.Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or other related fields. At least 1 year of relevant experience in Logistics, with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory position (Supervisor or Assistant Manager). Strong expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, and Cost Management. Good command of English in speaking, listening, and writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with O8 theory and practices, as well as general office software. Knowledge of import and export customs regulations and procedures, with a good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
