About the role We are looking for a Data Analyst – Fresh Graduate to join our telecommunications team in Jakarta. In this role, you will work with various telecommunication and network-related datasets to support operational monitoring, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in Data Analytics, Telecommunication, Network Performance, and Technology. Key responsibilities Collect, process, clean, and analyze telecommunication and network data. Analyze network performance and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly network performance reports. Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring network and operational KPIs. Support analysis of network traffic, availability, utilization, and performance indicators. Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports. Generate insights from large datasets to support network and operational teams. Collaborate with Network, Operations, Engineering, and other technical teams to understand data requirements. Assist in identifying patterns and trends that can help improve network performance and operational efficiency. Automate repetitive reporting or data-processing activities where possible. About you Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics / Mathematics, Data Science or other related fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with large datasets. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn about telecommunication networks and network performance.
