Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with broker partners , ensuring strong engagement and effective communication. Promote and support individual medical insurance products , including product updates, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. Drive business growth through proactive broker management, pipeline development, and sales activities. Provide end‑to‑end servicing support to brokers, including quotations, case follow‑ups, onboarding, and issue resolution. Conduct regular broker visits, training sessions, and product briefings to enhance broker knowledge and sales capability. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Product) to ensure smooth case handling and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and broker feedback to support product enhancement and business strategy. Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and business insights for management review. Support ad‑hoc projects related to channel development, product initiatives, and business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related discipline. 3–6 years of experience in insurance, preferably in medical insurance and/or broker channel management . Strong understanding of individual medical insurance products, underwriting considerations, and market dynamics. Proven ability to manage broker relationships and drive business results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
