1. Responsible for daily general ledger accounting operations, including reviewing various original documents such as expense reimbursements, procurement payments, sales confirmations, fixed assets, and inter-company/third-party transactions, ensuring document compliance, correct account code application, and timely booking. 2. Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other inter-company/third-party accounts, follow up on the clearance of long-outstanding balances, and ensure the clarity and accuracy of inter-account transactions. 3. Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures on time, verify the consistency between general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and business system data, and ensure closing efficiency and quality. 4. Regularly reconcile production costs and inventory account data with the cost accountant, and reconcile bank deposits and cash account balances with the cashier to ensure book-to-book consistency. 5. Assist the Finance Manager in organizing tax filing materials, verifying data consistency between the financial system and the tax system, and handling tax discrepancy adjustments. 6. Organize, bind, archive, and preserve financial documents including accounting vouchers, ledgers, and reports, ensuring compliance with tax, BOI, and audit inspection requirements. 7. Cooperate with internal and external audits by providing general ledger-related account information, supporting documents, and explanations. 8. Review and submit tax results in E-Filling system such as Vat 30,36 PND.3,53,50,51,54 etc. 9. Maintain foundational data in the ERP financial system, assist in optimizing bookkeeping and accounting processes, and perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager. 10. Cooperate with internal and external audits, tax inspections, and BOI audits by providing required cost-related documentation and supporting materials. 11.
