About the role This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. The role focuses on key areas including Procurement. Key responsibilities: Assist with basic computer and software troubleshooting Support employees with IT-related issues Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Assist with user accounts, system access, and password-related requests Maintain IT records, documentation, and inventory Assist the IT team with other tasks and projects as assigned Requirements: Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field . Local students (Malaysian) only. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking .
